Karl has over 12 years of experience administering and designing defined benefit plans, specializing in cash balance plans. He helps small companies maximize their retirement and tax savings through qualified retirement plans, and currently leads a team with over 500 clients.

He is recognized as a trusted advisor to his consulting clients as well as financial advisors. Both clients and advisors rely on his ability to communicate and interpret complex employee benefit issues.

Karl is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), an Enrolled Actuary (EA), and a Member of the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries (MSEA). He Earned his bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Ball State University.
