With Nyhart since 2011, Ashley is responsible for organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, policy recommendation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and all functions that deal with the needs and activities of Nyhart's employees.

She also serves as the strategic partner for Consumer Driven Healthcare, where she is responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the direction and growth of the practice.

In her role as Client Service Director, Ashley establishes and oversees the vision and operation of the company’s Contact Center, insuring customer satisfaction and engagement.

Ashley attended Indiana University and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
