Karen Schneider has worked in the corporate retirement plan industry since 1985, with a focus on defined contribution plan administration. She also specializes in 401(k) plan design, consulting and new client conversions. She helps with 401(k) plan design and helps clients interpret the rules and regulations surrounding the IRS and Department of Labor.

Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ball State University. She also holds the Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
